Welcome to the Miltonvale Park Community Council's website.

Miltonvale Park is a rural community, located at the northwest boundary of the City of Charlottetown in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Canada.

The Community of Miltonvale Park was incorporated in 1974, and includes the areas of North Milton, Milton Station, Springvale, South Milton, and Sleepy Hollow.  Miltonvale Park is home to 1163 residents (2006 Census).

The Community is governed by an elected Council and Chair, and has a part-time administrator and a development officer to deal with building permits and subdivision applications.

For more information on the Council, including development permit and subdivision applications, child bursary applications, policies, minutes of meetings, public notices, newsletters, and the Special Planning Area project visit the “Council Information” page, and click on “on-line documents”.

The “Municipal Information” page contains information about the community, such as the Official Plan, Bylaws, Emergency Measures Plan, Committees, Municipal Map and Zoning Map.
